Our Approach

In an increasingly complex world, we help leaders at all levels develop the skills they need to succeed. Here’s how we work at a high-level:

1. Assess Your Needs & Find A Coach

Finding the right coach fit is critically important. We recommend you speak with at least two, and ideally up to four coaches to find the one whom you feel most comfortable. If you’re ready for executive coaching, we offer a free executive coach recommendation service. Please complete this form with your coaching needs, and we’ll share with you a selected list of compatible coaches. All of our coaches offer a free 30-minute consultation to help you determine if they are the right coach for you.

2. The Coach Engagement

All personalized 1:1 executive coaching engagements start with a mutually agreed development plan and definition of coaching goal(s). Our highly individualized approach is designed to help leaders with effectiveness, overcoming blocks, developing visions, managing change, and assessment of their leadership style. Coaching sessions last 60 minutes and happen twice per month via phone or Zoom/Skype/Hangout.

3. Delivering Results

A coach is trained to continually evaluate progress against goals and refine exercises to create change and transformation. It is important to note you will have activities and challenges to complete in between coaching sessions. We typically work with clients intensely for a six-month period. After this period, clients may choose to continue working with the coach as a sounding board or choose to work on new coaching goals.
